Let us take your mind off of worries regarding what you need in order to get your new item paid for and approved, we are experts in this area. We work directly with your doctor’s office and Case Manager to collect and process the required paperwork for Medicare and your insurance company.

Purchasing and Delivering with Ease
Once we have received all of the necessary paperwork from your doctor and insurance company we will call to let you know we are ready to schedule your delivery. We work with you to determine an appropriate time to bring your item to you right at your home (for qualified products). You will be met by an Anodyne Employee to complete the set up and training on your individual item. Our technician will make any adjustments you need to ensure you are comfortable with your product and answer all questions you may have.
Many of our patients feel more comfortable with a friend or family member there, we would be happy to teach them about the product as well. Something unheard of in today’s world of automated delivery personal.
