Anodyne Inc is contracted with many insurance companies. Once your insurance company has paid or denied a claim, if there is any remaining "patient responsibility" we will bill the customer for that amount immediately.
All payments are due upon receipt of the financial statement from Anodyne Inc. If you are unable to make a payment in full you must contact us immediately to set up payment arrangements at 952-546-5334 or toll free at 1-800-736-8367. Payment Plans are granted on a case by case basis and not available for all customers and balances. Any balance that is not paid in full within 30 days of the statement date will be assessed compounded annual interest of 1.5%, regardless of payment arrangements that are approved.
All accounts that are not paid within 90 days and are not on a payment plan will be transferred to a collection agency. The customer will be responsible for your total balance including interest, plus all collection fees, attorney fees, and court fees.
