Your complete
satisfaction is our goal at Anodyne Inc. Outlined below are several ways we try
to make your experience as satisfying as possible. If you are unhappy with the
service or the product(s) you have received we hope you give us the opportunity
to make it right. You have several options as outlined below.
Returns
You may return your product in unopened and resalable
condition for a complete refund within 30 day of your receipt. No
questions asked. Special order items may be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
Items of a personal nature that have been used may not be returned.
If you have paid privately a credit will be issued by check or to
your credit card. If your insurance carrier has been billed they will be
notified of the return and a stop payment issued. If payment has been made, a
check will be immediately sent to them.
Fitted Items
Products that seem to not fit correctly (improper size or
adjustment) will require the assistance of our customer service department.
Often times an adjustment can be made or a replacement product issued that will
serve your purposes better. Please contact our customer service department.
Insurance Questions
Medical insurance billing is a very complicated business. Often
there are questions regarding what equipment or supply is paid for, what your
insurance will pay and what portion of the cost you are responsible for. We may
ask you to sign forms necessary for us to conduct the billing process. All
forms will be explained to you when you are asked to sign them and you will
receive a copy of anything you sign.
At Anodyne Inc. we want to help you understand this billing
process. To the extent possible, we answer these questions prior to the service
being provided. As the process proceeds, please feel free to contact us with
any questions or concerns you have. We may contact you should we require any
additional information. It is always good to check with your insurance before
