About Anodyne
Where is your company located?
Our corporate offices are located in Minnetonka, Minnesota, the heart of the twin cities area. We service the entire nation with our mail order delivery service. We deliver to you, in the comfort of your own home, so you do not have to go anywhere!
How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1987, almost 25 years! We have been delivering outstanding products at a low price as well as top of the line Customer Service since then.
What are your hours of operation?
Our website is open for review at all times. Our website lists details on almost all of the products we sell, but if you don't see it on our website, please call us at 952-546-5334 and we would be happy to try to find the item that suits your needs. Our customer service department is open Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Do you share buyer's information?
No. We do not share or sell any customer information. Under the HIPAA privacy laws we are forbidden to do so. We may send you information on new products we are offering and advertisements at times, but all of these are distributed directly from Anodyne Inc and are never shared with an outside company.
Ordering Supplies
What should I do before I call Anodyne to order new supplies?
Make sure you have the most recent copies of your insurance card and your doctors detailed prescription prior to calling. Most of our supplies cannot be sold without a doctors detailed prescription. If you are buying a supply that will not be sent to your insurance company for processing and that does not require a prescription, simply call customer service at 952-546-5334and place your order.
How do I place an order?
Due to insurance restrictions you cannot place an order online at this time. Simply call our Toll Free Customer Service line at 1-800-736-8367 or Locally at 952-546-5334 and someone will assist you with all of your questions. We are here to help you find the equipment that is right for your needs.
Do you have my item in stock?
Anodyne Inc stocks many of the products we sell, however it is possible that we may have to order the size, style, color, ect. of the product you require. If the item is a special order or needs to be customized, we will have to special order the product. Some items may be on back order due to high demands, we will keep you informed on the status of your order if your item is on backorder.
How long will it take for my item to come into stock if it's on backorder?
We pride ourselves on our Customer Service and ability to satisfy our customers needs. If your item is on back order we will inform you of this immediately and keep you abreast of the status of your order. Once we receive the item we will ship it to you and it will arrive within 2 business days. Many of our larger items are not shipped, but are hand delivered and set up by our technicians. The availability of our technician is mostly dependent on our customers time and availability.
What is the cut off time for placing my order today?
If you wish to receive your order within 2 days and we have the item in stock, please call to place your order no later then 3:00 P.M. central time. On weekends and holidays items are processed the following business day. we do not charge and order cancellation fee. If you decide not to order something, simply call us and ask that we cancel your order.
I received a letter from Anodyne Inc asking for information about my equipment. Why do I need to fill this out?
You are required by Medicare and other insurance companies to comply with their information requirements before they will continue to pay or purchase your equipment for you. If you do not respond to the letter or fail to comply with their requirements, your insurance carrier will default the liability to be your responsibility.
Do you carry catalogs?
Our new and improved website is our catalogue. We are continually updating the information we sell and placing it on the website. Each time you visit you may find more and more items you need. If you are looking for something in particular that you do not see listed on our website, we'll be happy to assist you with your search. Pricing and Fees
How do you determine the pricing for your products?
Our prices are carefully reviewed to make sure you get the best deal in town. Our goal is to delivery quality products and competitive pricing, combined with top of the line customer service to provide you the confidence you need in knowing we are the best medical supply company in town.
Do you offer a discount on large orders?
No. We want our customers to get the best deal regardless if they buy 1 item or 100 items, so we price all of our products at the best rate available. We cannot discount our products due to Medicare guidelines and policies. Both insurance and customers are charged the same amount regardless of who is paying the bill.
Do you charge tax?
We charge a Minnesota state sales tax only on the items that are eligible for sales tax.
Repairs
What if my equipment needs service or repair?
Anodyne Inc will service all equipment we sell as part of our commitment to our customers and we stand behind the quality products we sell. Some items cannot be repaired because they need replacement parts, which we can order on your behalf and bill either your insurance company or you personally. Once the replacement part is received, depending on the item, we can assist you in setting it up correctly. Diagnostic products like blood pressure monitors need to be sent into the manufacturer for recalibration or specialized equipment.
